this is the way i did and it worked really well for 2 months, i have lost about 10 pounds of fat and no muscle. keep them 4 hours apart always and reduce the carbs, watch what you eat, never pig out and no cheat meals. Also lots of protein. You started too big bro, i agree with Alozade rest for 2 weeks at least and let your central nervous system recover from it. Try my method, it worked for me.
week 1 - 25mg of ephedrine - 200mg of caffeine (morning or before workout)
week 2 - 25mg of ephedrine and 200mg of caffeine in the morning and another 25mg and 200mg at lunch. This would equal 50mg E and 400mg C for a day of the week.
week 3 - 25mg E 200mg C morning - 25mg E 200mg C at lunch and 4 hours later another 25mg of ephedrine and 200mg of caffeine. total 75mg E and 600mg C a day
week4 - OFF - don't take anything, don't even drink coffee or any other caffeinated drinks. after this week is done you can start again with the same regimen.
Watch out of intense workouts, there is a risk of having a stroke. My heart beat went up to 172 beats per minute most of the times
