ECA stack

I've been using the ECA stack for 26 days the day i started i was 171.5lbs 21% fat and today i'm 153lbs 17% fat. Is this too fast? because it took me 2months to loose this much when i'm not on this.

That is FAST.

Are you consuming enough calories?
 
ECA stunts your appetite but you still need to comsume a respectable ammount of calories a day otherwise you'll shrink real fast
 
not really because it kills my apetite and i burn 800+ calories doing cardio everyday but i do drink whey and milk but some days i feel so full i end up only eating a few hundred calories but i havent noticed any muscle loss but alot of fat cause pants dont fit and its wierd cause one week it can fit right the next its falling down
 
Really g32? I was told 6 weeks on, 4 weeks off. Of course, im a bigger boy and I need to lose abit more weight.

But you are losing that weight REALLY fast. I say eat more, even if it hurts. It may sound wierd, but I think I eat more (healthier) now that im on ECA than I did before, lol.
 
I would agree with g32. If you dropped that much weight that fast, that isn't good. Even go three weeks on and a week off. But try to start taking it in smaller cycles. BTW how much of each are you stacking and how often in the day???
