What if some one has no problem getting an erection and ejaculating but then has trouble getting it up again up to more then a few hours later even with viagra? would that be a prolactin spike.

most likely, prolactin is the reason theres a refractory period after ejaculation. I think the length of the refractory period depends on your test levels. Thats why younger guys will be ready to go again a lot sooner than older guys.
