Hello.
39 year old, 190 lb, 15% body fat.
Cycle:
Test e 800 mg/week
Deca 450/week
Adex eod: 0.5. Caber .5 twice a week. Hcg 300*2
In week 7.

Sensitive nipples, blood work showed elevated estrogen.. What would be the best protocol:
1- upping Adex to 0.75 eod or 0.5 ed?
2- for how long before blood testing again?
3- is there a prob in running Adex AND nolvadex as I heard they don't work good together?
4- if the answer is yea to question 3, then what about Adex and ralox?

The idea is to lower the estrogen with an AI and block the receptors with nolvadex or ralox.. As an extra precaution .

Thnx.

prolactin was in check, i dont have the readings with me at the moment..
what could be causing this sensitivity? actually its painful if i put a shirt or if something touch my nipples. no lumps though.
if not prolactin nor estrogen what could that be?
and i am not a person who let my mind play me .. i ve done few cycles before , no issues at 500 mg test (my max)

That isn't high estradiol. Regular assay is usually 10-20 points higher than the sensitive assay. That puts you between 23 and 33. You are right in the sweet spot.

I just found a blood test done 6 weeks into my last cycle 500 test e, npp 400.
I'm including the estradiol and on this time I felt perfectly good at 0.5 Adex eod.
What do u think? If we agree it's an estrogen problem depending on the last blood panel what would be the best protocol.
Adex 0.5 ed or .75 eod?
What do u think about Adex and nolvadex AT THE SAME TIME?
If not a good mix , what about Adex and ralox?

I doubt it is an estrogen problem. Like I said earlier, E2 of 43 on the regular assay is not high. If you want to know for sure, have a Sensitive Estradiol test performed.
