My Estradiol came back a bit elevated at 49 after 4 weeks on 50 Mg of Test E 2x a week. Rather than jump into Arimidex, my doctor asked me to wait another 4 weeks and check it again and see if it goes down.
In the mean time I'm going to start taking Zing, DIM and B6 today to help lower it, but I'm wondering if there are foods I should avoid also? I've heard Soy and Flax seeds can raise estrogen levels, are there any others?
