Dry White Wine*
Olive Oil*
Garlic*
Salt*
Pepper*
Garlic Powder*
*season the chicken to your own taste. I do this with 5lbs of chicken breast at a time, so the amounts of Olive Oil, garlic, etc will be different for you and me.
1.Cut chicken breast into even slices (If breasts are whole)
2.Season with salt, garlic powder and pepper
3.Pour olive oil and white wine into a bowl in a 1:1 ratio (use enough to cover the chicken breasts, i use about 1 cup of each for 5lbs)
4.Take a few cloves of crushed garlic and add them to the olive and wine (I use about 1 clove/slice of chicken)
5.Let the chicken tits sit in the garlic/olive/wine marinade for at least 1hr before you fry/rost/grill them.
6. before you put the chicken in a frying pan or on the grill blot all the marinade off with a paper towel
