Endomorph and gear HELP!sort of 1st cycle...

first post on here so let me know if its in the wrong place and I will pop it somewhere else!

Basically been training now for 8 year since a teen and have done one simple cycle of 6 weeks 1/2 Ml of deca and 1/2 of sus three times a week while I was cutting! not the best advice I know! not long enough maybe not enough mg but either way i did that over a year ago blind as most are on there first cycle.

I am a typical endomorph I can grow and grow and grow! on a average mans diet and really do have to eat steady and low carb diet to keep excess fat off and really need at leat 30-45 mins cardio per day.


my BodyFat is probably around the 30% maybe a lilttle under maybe a little more. I am 6foot 2inches tall and around 246lbs?...17.3inch arms with maybe a 38inch waist around my hips - or do you need a waist measurement around my belly button level? maybe alot more looking at those statistics!

my question is while I am using this time of year to bulk up and cut down after xmas could I run anything to aid me while I packing the weight on anyway? being more aware of my endomorph genetics (which explains alot to do with why i was bigger and heavier but didnt really eat more than anyone else) could i run something to boost my gains for the first time and make this bulking phase worth while for once I am aware that there maybe a higher risk of gyno?but never had any symptoms while running the sus before? which i thought if anything that would have come out using that?

I was advised test and tren for twelve weeks? if someone can suggest anything else that would be great?


IF you think is crazy and should get my BF RIGHT down then please do say but please back up with good reason?

I have been told not to waste my first few juicing experiences with cutting as I would benefit more from a big bulking cycle while the recpetors are nice and fresh!

im usually not one to say they are too fat to cycle but it depends on your goals ya know? you plan on being a powerlifter or do you want to get down to 10-12 %?

if you want to be a lean guy, you should drop weight first.
 
Well you gotta find 3J on this site. He can set you up with a proper diet.

I only want to help with constructive critisism. 30% body fat is very high to talk about a bulking cycle. I am aware that more muscle will more readily burn fat though. I would walk into this with the mindset that you want to walk out weighing 246 but @ like 20% bodyfat.

Tren is not a good move cause it makes cardio very hard to do. It's not like your a marathon runner who can power through this, nor are you a mesamorph who weighs 205 and can skip cardio.

My opinion is dieting for now. If you think you NEED chemicals I would suggest a test only cycle or perhaps a test stacked with IGF-LR3.

No matter what you pick, dieting is key here. You need to eat 6 times a day. You really should go to the dieting forum here. Read 3j's stickies and then contact him with your TDEE and macros. This will take you about an hour of time to figure out what you eat and convert that into macros.

Sounds to me like your focused on body composition rather than strength. So i'm assuming your not a powerlifter just looking for strength based on your post. IMO, you shouldn't be cycling if you are 30 percent bf. This is because your diet and or training are clearly off. I don't buy in to the whole ectomorph/endomorph thing as an excuse. I used the ectomorph thing as an excuse when I weighted 155 until I started eating how much my body really needed to grow and I gained weight fast. The other issue is that you may very well have more estro conversion issues at a higher BF. Also, based on the cycle you ran...you need way more research before cycling. And its too soon for you to run tren.

at 30% bf your body will aromatize testosterone into estrogen quickly...

high estrogen = loss of libido, acne, bloat, excessive fat gain, abnormal lipid profile e.g. high cholestrol etc...

get down to 15% and then cycle.. cycling right now will do nothing for you..

u dont know how to eat and diet correctly.. if you did you wouldn't be 30%..

dont take it as my coming down on you.. i used to be 30% one in my life too....

u have to put in the work..

hiring a nutritionist is a much much better place to spend your money right now...

3J nailed I take it your not a power liftter so the bf is very high for a cycle and will cause sides
