Basically been training now for 8 year since a teen and have done one simple cycle of 6 weeks 1/2 Ml of deca and 1/2 of sus three times a week while I was cutting! not the best advice I know! not long enough maybe not enough mg but either way i did that over a year ago blind as most are on there first cycle.
I am a typical endomorph I can grow and grow and grow! on a average mans diet and really do have to eat steady and low carb diet to keep excess fat off and really need at leat 30-45 mins cardio per day.
my BodyFat is probably around the 30% maybe a lilttle under maybe a little more. I am 6foot 2inches tall and around 246lbs?...17.3inch arms with maybe a 38inch waist around my hips - or do you need a waist measurement around my belly button level? maybe alot more looking at those statistics!
my question is while I am using this time of year to bulk up and cut down after xmas could I run anything to aid me while I packing the weight on anyway? being more aware of my endomorph genetics (which explains alot to do with why i was bigger and heavier but didnt really eat more than anyone else) could i run something to boost my gains for the first time and make this bulking phase worth while for once I am aware that there maybe a higher risk of gyno?but never had any symptoms while running the sus before? which i thought if anything that would have come out using that?
I was advised test and tren for twelve weeks? if someone can suggest anything else that would be great?
IF you think is crazy and should get my BF RIGHT down then please do say but please back up with good reason?
I have been told not to waste my first few juicing experiences with cutting as I would benefit more from a big bulking cycle while the recpetors are nice and fresh!
