enerselen vitamin b and dmso

vajhol

I am banned!
i got a very odd question. to start explaining, first off. i got a bottle of enerselen, hurts to bad to waste my time doing it. i also got a bottle of animal vitamin b complex injections, which at first was ok but then started hurting the injection spot for up to a week limiting my workouts. i was going to just throw it all away. then i realized i also got a jug of DMSO. now i know tht DMSO absorbes things into the blood stream. so, why not just rub on the enerselen and vit b with some DMSO, can't be a bad idea. It most work.
does anyone have insight about this
maybe double or triple the dose
and of that matter how much enerselen is the right dose anyways
plz help

You can give it a shot. I used dmso one time with finaplex-h and it worked. I don't know how it compares to im injection though.

Waste of time. You realize the point of enerselen is for cramping animals, right? If you're staying hydrated and keeping electrolytes in balance, this shouldn't be an issue.

I just think you're putting a lot of effort into something that frankly won't do much for you, except give you a case of the shits maybe.

i read enerselen is very good for cardio and you will gain weight from beeing very anticatabolic. but i also want the high levels of vitamin b.

The reason why it's touted as being beneficial has to do with the prevention of lactic acidosis - which leads to cramping. I don't know what kind of B12 you have, but unless it's methylcobalamin, it's not really worth the trouble of injecting it IMHO.

I get more bioavailable B12 from my methylcobalamin lozenges than if I were to inject cyanocobalamin, which is all too common.

Op I see that in a few of your post you seem to what to find some new science approach to everything, or add and reinvent the wheel. ? :dunno:
