Ephedrine

Hi everyone,
I'm new to the forum. Been a member on bodybuilding.com
Basically I've managed to get my hands on some ephedrine to start a cut (my first time with ephedrine) but i'm not sure how many mg are in them.
They are from a reliable source so I know there not cack. He's gone abroad for quite a while so I can't get in touch with him.
Is there a way to find out?
Their about 5mmx3mm, could they be 8mg?

Most likely be 30mg, thats the most common!

8mg are super tiny, smaller then that
