Hi everyone!

i just ordered some Epistane and my wife was interested in doing a cycle. she is 5'6" about 160lb. she wants to lose fat and put on some lean muscle. she has always been streaky when it comes to her workout i.e will work out fo 6 to 8 weeks and stop. she has signed up for a boot camp and she wants to get the most out of it. I will help with the diet while on. so just looking for some of the ladies to chime in and give their opinion. :3some:

This will be her first cycle.

A word of warning...Epistane is essentially an anti-estrogen and this can have adverse effects on females. After running 2 cycles of it, my wifes boobs have shrunk a whole cup size even though she hasnt really lost any weight. It put a couple pounds of lean muscle on her and she got quite a bit stronger but no noticable fat reduction except in her breasts. The fat she has left is very stubborn and shes been willing to exhaust all avenues including cycling the milder steroids before resorting to something as extreme as liposuction. Her diet is very good, she works her ass of in the gym and never misses workouts, but jsut cant seem to shed the last few lbs. Anyhow, she plans on getting augmentation so shes not too upset about it but just thought you should know in case this is not an acceptable side effect for your wife.

Your wife has no business doing a cycle right now. If she can currently only commit for 6 to 8 weeks then she needs to learn how to commit better.

Your wife would see results with a proper diet and a continual exercise regimen.

She needs to get those right before she starts doing anything whether it be steroids, or fat burners of any sort.

I have to agree with you. I want to help her out as much as possible and thouhgt this might kick it into gear (no pun intended).

So you don't think it would benifit her to run a short cycle?

She just had the "mommy makeover" about a yr ago and I don't think she would be sad if she lost a cup size (tig ol bitties) but she wants to lose it in other areas (tig ol booty).

Thanks for the heads up.

has your wife tryed Epistane?

I think you need to re read my post. I said she used it twice and the only fat she lost was in her breasts when they shrunk. None in the midsection and her diet was spotless. I wouldnt call that a very successful cycle. I cant see youre wife being happy with that result either since most women want the opposite: More on top and less in the middle.

I don't think it would benefit her at all. Cycles are for people that can be consistent with diet and training.

Often if people have trouble sticking with something it's best they have a strong support system. Tell the wife to join here and start a journal. She'll get some great feedback and support.

Running Ep is not really running an aas cycle.. Like estray said, all she will be doing is basically suppressing her estrogen.

Estrogen suppression can have a slew of side effects.. Not to mention a severe rebound.. I can not tell you what she will experience persay since every woman will react differently.. since she is post-kids, she may respond a tad better to estrogen suppression than other women, however IMHO, a doctor monitoring her or placing her on "something" to adjust her hormones would be the route I would personally go...

She may want to try some OTC supplements that will naturally raise her test levels thus lowering her estrogen or possibly even balancing her out.. As women get older, their natural test levels diminish so increasing them often balances hormone levels and will aid in fat loss, energy, libido and all that good stuff that comes from test and balanced hormones.. There is another thread discussing supplements that will increase natural test (Dhea, Yohimbe, ZMA etc.. )

Another thing she may try is a good fat burner..

I honestly feel there are MANY MANY other options rather than jumping into epistane.. If her hormones are truly imbalanced and her estrogen is too high, then seeing her OBGYN is the 1st step! If she just wants an edge, then go OTC and get some supplements..

Good luck

she should definitely look into some post cycle therapy (pct) after using the epistane

I've always had good luck with these guys

Selective Androgen Modulator Receptors S4

Women don't have to run post cycle therapy (pct) such as anti estrogen(estro xtreme,t bomb II,6oxo,etc) like men do. Because she already has a lot of estrogen produces by her body. But I read an article, women can do a post cycle therapy (pct) by reduce the dosage slowly. It is your choice
