I dont know why I was not counting properly but did not have enough to do the third two week pulse. Got the blood work done and told the doc what supplement I was taking and his response was we give people who need them alabolics to keep them from wasting away and blah blah blah but you should not really take anything since there are side effects even with taking the milk thistle. He said good cholesterol was borderline and they would like to see it a little higher but overall keep up the good diet and exercise program and more whole grains will bring up that good cholesterol. I think I would like to find a local doc that is more up on athletes. Anyway good results for tris, cholesterol, kindney and I never noticed any sex drive issues or anything pulsing just some strength, a little muscle gain and a placebo affect.
