Estradiol, AST, ALT Feedback

I just got my recent bloodwork back. I started on Arimedex first at 0.125 X 2 a week. Then two weeks ago took it up to 0.25 X 2 a week. Last night I had anxiety and night sweets. My legs felt fatigued, too. Took two hours to get to bed. Seeing bloodwork Estradiol go from 117 down to 34 makes me think I am slightly lower Estradiol than I should have. I take Arimedex Tuesday morning and Friday afternoons. My new Doctor warmed me that Arimdex can really slam down on the Estradiol hard and he was cautious about it (although he recommended 0.5mg X 2 a week).... I am going to dial it back to 0.125mg X twice a week. That stated, the last two weeks prior to last night I have felt better and I have to think cutting down the Estradiol helped.

Also I noticed my AST and ALT are high now. I believe based on research that this happens with new weightlifting as I am now working out 4 - 5 times a week when historically I would 1 - 3 times a week? I have cut back and cut out almost all supplements, reduced protein shakes and alcohol. Still they went higher on last test. I gather these liver enzymes can go several X of range due to starting a weight lifting regime. I emailed my doc regarding same.

I have attached PDF of recent bloodwork spreadsheet. I have a new doc, draw blood twice a month - it seems like you need to do a lot of your own research and be your own advocate.

Any wisdom?

its the best way to go sometimes. whats your complete cycle history? personal stats? age, weight etc.

Your getting your testosterone to the 2000+ range ,, yet then driving down your estrogen to the low 30 range. as Testoserone gets higher and higher its ok to let estrogen raise slightly along that same linear path . its when you start going in opposite directions , test keeps getting higher, and estrogen keeps getting lower , that you can start feeling really crappy.

just back off on the amount of Test your taking weekly and you prob won't need arimidex at all . you don't need to be at 2200 nd/dl test levels for TRT.

your liver enzymes will be elevated when your breaking down muscle tissue during workouts . the blood test can't tell the difference from the protein breakdown coming from muscle or the liver.
a week before your next blood work, take a week off from the gym, then see what values come in at

my 2 cents

Yea so I am on Pellets from a Doc I fired. 2 months in. 48 Years old 5"8 and 193#.... down from 225# but another 20# to go~~

Have new doc....probably going to do injections or many less pellets in future....I have heard from many about the negatives on Pellets. So I am dealing with them as they are in me. Convenient for sure but loss of control is much more concerning.

I was on 300 MG of DIM but switched to Arimidex to deal with sluggishness and loss of lobido...and other issues around high E.... but Low E sucks too...LOL. No wonder why the board is almost more about E than T!

Thanks for inputs -

Your testosterone is too high. As Roush said not too much to worry about concerning the transaminase levels. When there is something seriously wrong they will be 10x that.

I like the previous advice given and also lowering your dosage.
