Estrogen receptor antagonists

What's your opinion on estrogen receptor antagonists such as Nolvadex or clomid?

I have gyno (according to my endocrinologist, it has to with with a hormonial imbalance caused by my diabetes).

Would said antgonists help me reduce the amount of fat building around my chest?

Nolva Binds to the receptors preventing estrogen to bind to 'em. However, that estro will still be floating around in the body. Which can lead to bloatin. If you already have gyno, the only way to get rid of it is surgery.

That being said, letro has been known to reduce gyno. but will never completely rid it. So taking nolva to reduce the gyno you have wont work. It will only help prevent from getting worse. Taking letro could help the puffiness and the lump shrink but it'll never be gone till you get surgery.

yea you need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to control your estrogen, it will help boost total t and free t numbers too.
