Feel like i'm falling off the deep end, may not be completely T related, but i've been taking 100mg T cyp injection a week for two months. No other supplements except valium 5mg as needed(every other day). I'm schedule to dose my T tomorrow, i've been pushing the schedule from wed, to every sat.

The past few days i've been getting stressed/scared about any tiny little thing, my girlfriend could cough and it feels like this ball in my chest goes into fight/flight response. I overworked myself at work(construction) all week, and by friday my whole body ached beyond anything i've felt, i couldn't move i've been so exhausted and burnt out. now I have this pain/ache it feels like up the center of my chest. It will go away for a couple hours if I eat but comes back just as bad it's driving me nuts.

Every little thing makes me anxious/worried...are my headlights too bright for the cars in front of me, am I going fast enough, my kid crying, it all sets me off. On top of that horrible depression.

I feel like i'm falling off the deep end and all I want is help. My doctors are such inconsiderate dicks, they never fuckin listen or do any tests I ask for them to do. I've seen over 50 doctors trying to get help, i'm tired of asking people to try an save me. I have no clue what the f to do with myself. I want to curl up into a ball an lay there, but I can't even do that cause this pain/stress/anxious won't let me relax. Even the valium barely helps now.

This is probably the wrong forum, but hopefully someone knows SOMETHING. I'm sure I have a candida/fungal infection and haven't been eating good. I ate raw garlic on an empty stomach the other morning which may cause the pain/burning in esophogus? Still doesn't explain the easy to scare/fight or flight response. It's like my body can't handle even the TINIEST of stress. low cortisol?

I dunno, any tips?

So what is your full TRT protocol? Having your hormones messed up can affect how you feel.

Are you working through your anxieties with a psychologist? Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the best long-term solution to psychological issues. Let's not beat around the bush. I can tell in your write up that a psychologist can help you out.

If the docs won't help you, have you considered running your own blood work at a private lab? You can get cheap blood work at Private MD - Buy Lab Tests Online. search on the word panels for their best deals.

What have you had checked out recently? Thyroid? Prolactin? Estradiol? Cortisol? And so on? Why don't you tell us specifically about what your TRT protocol is? What other medications and treatments you are on. Previous workups and examinations you have had done. Give us a medical history. Otherwise we will just be guessing.

They have checked thyroid, free t3/t4 reverse t3/4 and tsh. I haven't had any blood work done since I started trt two months ago. My doc said check back in three months but I scheduled an appt for next thurs cause I can't wait anymore. I've tried to see a psychologist but none around here are taking new patients. I did a cortisol blood and urine that said its fine, but saliva said my levels were high in morning and dropped later in day.

I don't have a trt protocol, my doctor mailed me a prescription and didn't even tell me how to administer it. My initial t levels were around 270. 28 year old male. This pain can't just be stress, it's radiating to my back, all up my chest. Liver? I dunno. Gonna make a doc appt Monday or possibly urgent care tomorrow.

With your issues you certainly need a lot more support than you are getting. Make that appointment and get better!

Can you post your actual blood work results? All of them?

Either you are a hypochondriac or everything isn't just fine. Let's look at what is going on objectively.

What are you doing for TRT? How much, how often and what are you taking?

Keep looking for a psychologist. Drive further if necessary.

none of my blood work shows anything? Everything was in reference range for their tests, i've been slightly anemic on occasion but that's it. I've had stomach pain under right rib cage(seems to be intestinal, not liver/gb) for over a year that hasn't gone away. My colonoscopy showed a mucosal abnormality and a red spot(forgot what it's called).

I'm gonna find a psychiatrist, but that's not the only problem here.

I've tested +4 which is extremely high on a candida albicans stool test, so I have a fungal infection in my intestines/body. those tests along with a hair test showing elevated heavy metals can be found here imgur.com/FBXgg,A2QSU,ZCNcx,sL021,mv7Yp,LTub0,SDVec#0

My TRT protcol is 100mg of cypionate weekly, injected into my quad. I actually haven't taken it this weekend because I'm sick of my face breaking out and my emotions being so haywire.

Please don't be offended, but to a layman outsider this sure sounds like hypochondria. See what the psychiatrist says.

Try splitting your 100mg of Test per week into 50mg injections every 3.5 days. This will help even out your hormone levels.

Do you have recent blood work while on TRT showing your hormone levels? TT, E2, etc.

I just saw your support your local moderator, if you get a coin base wallet and post a public receiving address in your signature I would be more than happy to throw you a tip for your contributions :)

Ha! I am showing my age, but I was playing off some old movies. James Garner did a couple of movies back in the day called, "Support Your Local Sheriff" and "Support Your Local Gunfighter". Funny movies if you haven't seen them. But thanks for the thought. :-)

Sounds like plain old stress. It can really screw your body up. I use 50mg of Zoloft nightly, if I don't, I feel exactly the way you describe. I'd dump that Valium and maybe give the Zoloft a shot. My skin crawls when I've tried to go off it. Some of us just need it, don't be embarrassed by it.

This. You need bloodwork on TRT to get dialed in, and IMO it's your e2 levels causing all of this. I would get bloodwork ASAP on the following:

Total T
Free T
Estradiol
SHBG

Once you get the results, report back. But I bet your e2 is causing this. The solution? Splitting up your dose to as mentioned by Megatron twice a week, which is that does not work a low dose AI. TRT needs to be dialed in, some guys get it lucky injecting once a week with no AI but everyones different and what works for you may not work for the bloke next to you.

Sounds like high e. You need to get blood work. High estradiol can be brutal. It creeps up on you and hits like a Mack truck.

Yep, I have experienced both sides of estrogen imbalance, being too low and too high are horrible feelings to experience. Estrogen imbalance can throw all benfeit of TRT out the window. It can be a tricky one to dial in thats for sure!

I really think you should do it, i think it would be great for the community here. Look what it did for the reddit community. If people could tip for positive posts that were very informative, more people take the time to write those post's.

Could be the start of something big here at ology. It is absolutely free to get a coin base wallet BTW. I have never steered your wrong sir, trust me on this one :)

You can be the first person to monetize the moderator job at ology :)
