Try to eat healthy food and foods which burn fat. Also try to avoid junk food. Include lots of fruits and vegetables, milk, yogurt, eggs. Drinks plenty of water and try to avoid oil, cheese,sugar and all types of fatty foods. Hope these simple routine will help you to remain fit and lead a healthy life.

Some tips for you to toss some muscles.
Engage yourself in any physical activity and emphasize the negative. Eat fish, increase your sodium intake and dramatically increase your calories for three days. Stop all aerobic exercises and increase strength through power lifting. Have enough rest and eat in the middle of the night.

If your really only 14, just keep eating healthy and lift, dont worry about it muhc or over think it.

do occasional research on weekends into nutrition and do not consider aas for another 10+ year, your young dont risk anything.

as your age is too small I would suggest you a healthy natural diet. do not go for supplements or any steroids as you are young and you will gain growth easily. Just you have to put a little hard work in gym.
Eat chicken, tuna, oats, steamed potato, bananas, milk. fruits, salads. make a balanced diet and work hard in the gym.
 
So you are 47 kgs huh? You need 1975 calories(apprx) to maintain your weight and therefore, around 2300 calories to gain weight / put on muscle. But making a diet will be alot of homework for you so what you can do is TRY to monitor your calories throughout the day and see if are anywhere near 2200-2300.
In short, Eat ALOT of chicken breast, tuna fish, skimmed milk, greek yogurt, green leafy veggies, fruits(not alot as fructose might make you bloat), cottage cheese.
And don't forget to eat before you workout and after the workout. That'll make your muscles grow brah. Good luck!
