Exercises to fill in loose abdominal skin.

Short story shorter: I was originally a fat 215 lbs, cut down to 166 in ten months (Feb 2013-Dec 2013), I had a bunch of loose skin on my abs as a result of the weight loss. I started to do a fairly weak clean bulk after that (3,500ish kcal/day), and largely maintained a body weight of 175 lbs. or so. Decided to man up in October 2014, and have gradually increased my caloric intake to 6,200ish kcal/day. I had a minimally invasive laser surgery in December to tighten up some skin, but it seems to have done only a minor amount of good. I started my first cycle on January 14, 500 mg of test cypionate a week, injecting Wednesdays and Saturdays. I weighed 186 lbs. the day after my first injection, and am currently sitting at 193 or so morning weight, but I attribute this purely to water weight as I wasn't taking my AI until last week, and the test probably hasn't kicked in yet. Essentially I'm aiming to add as much mass as I can to fill out my abdominal skin.

I've attached a picture from October of what my abs look like, and I would say they largely look the same now (minus some ab definition due to putting on body fat). Also, surgery isn't an option to remove the loose skin, as I do not have enough skin for it, and the two plastic surgeons I've met with wouldn't even consider it. That's basically why I tried the laser surgery.

I have fairly developed abs so I don't think adding much ab work in my routine will do any good. I do have somewhat underdeveloped lower lats. I've started to add in a bunch of t-bar rows and close grip pulls ups to by two back days. Any advice guys?

Height: 5'9"
Weight: 193 lbs.
Body fat%: Hard to say due to the loose skin, but I still have vascularity on my shoulders/biceps, so I imagine it's still under 10%.

You're slender with not much muscle mass. Chest isn't wide and full, bf isn't under 10%, more like 12-14%. I'd say we need to look at what your macro breakdown is and what your training split is.

So, 6200 cals a day, how much p/c/f?

How many days training and at what split?

Look at people who actually have loose flabby skin, then look back at yourself.

You look fine..

I am definitely not one to judge by any means as I do have a lot of loose skin going from 500 to 285lbs, but if you are looking for those lower abs, it's still a matter of body fat percentage. I'd imagine that you'll see more definition once you cut again after putting on more mass.

It's an agonizingly slow process, but you're frankly damn close and I can't see it taking that much more effort to get where you want to be.

Welcome to body dysmorphia, many of us have it, and it tends to get worse the closer to "perfection" we get. I know that no matter how many compliments I receive in a day, I'll always be my harshest critic - which is very common, and just requires a step back every so often to realize how far we've come.

Congratulations on the amazing change, it's something few outside this community will ever understand. With that said, time to go work on mine and hit that loathsome cardio for the day.

Yeah man you look fine. Doesn't look all that loose at all. You are relatively lean but if you lean out even more you may notice the midsection will tighten up more.

This is loose skin from weight loss (picture is below). It is not me, just a randomly drawn Internet pic. You do not have anything to worry about. :)
