things i can do with my weighted vest?

i have weighted best that i bought for working out my legs, i was gonna do cardio with it but it was too much a work out for cardio. it goes up to 100 pounds, i want to tighten my ass up and work on my hams which such and quads would be nice too. so although i squat i was thinking of climbing stairs with it.

also can some one show me how to do lunges with it and then what muscles these lunges target. thanks alot.

obvisouly i can do squats. What about things that will produce really good results with light weight.

like lunges? what is the advantage in doing these

also what about one leg step ups, how is this different than the squat.

1. Im not sure i understand the question...I cant see there being enough resistance for VERY much, id use it as a cutting/cardio tool and do stuff like tabata sq's or HIIT sprinting/jumping. Having said that if you can do Pistol Sq's for 10reps each leg with 100lb you will be a fucking badboy and have massive quads.

2. Lunges are a glute dominant excersise.

3. See above really, walking up stairs with 100lb taking 3 with each step would be a pretty good glute frier.

thank. 100 pounds does seem kinda heavy when u have it on thou. I was thinking about doing high rep sets of 100 pound squats. my ass isnt tight thou, it looked funny. i really dont know lunge form thou.

is 100 a decent weight for lunges?

1. Well, unless you dont have acess to a bar and plates...i have to say "why bother?"

2. Well depends on strength, size, reps etc but id have to say "no" in all honesty. :)

ok thanks. Na i have access to weights. I just saw body builders in videos using very light weight. LIke ronnie coleman doing them in the parking lot i think with only 135

i bought it on weighted.com. i think. Google it and you will see the site. they make the only ones that really stap on to you well.

I bought it when i hurt my lower back so i work out my legs. i just ended up squating light instead.

the one i bought was like 300 i think.
