In my modest opinion, doesn't work very well.
Side effects: extremely sleepy, loadsa yawning, stretching of muscles and naussea - yuck. Next morning, throbbing feeling between my legs (excuse me for being graphic!). But not a desire type of feeling.
I tried several dosages, ranging between 0.5 mg and 2 mg by sub-q injections.
I got the feeling it works as a vasodilator (like Viagra). Did nothing to enhance feelings of lust. However, in the clinical test trials they might be using the substance several days (or maybe even weeks?) in a row. I only took it on separate occassions - 'cause it's blimming expensive!
So who knows? Palatin isn't disclosing it's secrets...!

I used it after supper on a sunday night... I quickly felt sick to my stomach, but not enough to hurl or anything like that... Didn't feel anyhting unusual as hornyness goes, and like was mentioned I was fairly sleepy....
BUT THE NEXT MORNING!!! (and I wish I know this is how it worked before hand).. lol
I woke up with an all day bone... but it wasn't just any old bone, it was the kind of bone that if I gave it a little flex, it shot waves of pleasure through my body, which was actually dangerous while I drove to work, half laughing cause of my situation, and half over-come by bouts of sexual utopia.
Definately worth trying... but um plan for taking friday or saturday night and spending the next day in bed with that special someone...

This is old thread, but this drug works wonders so I'll post my experiences. First, it takes about 4-5 hours to really get working after injecting it. Once it starts working, the effect will last for several hours. It works well in combination with viagra, just make sure you time everything right. Be careful with the dosage, 1.5 milligrams is about the upper ceiling for me, anymore and I get nauseous and a migraine headache, which makes it not worth it in my opinion. This compound can be a godsend for those going through post cycle therapy (pct) and are experiencing low testosterone as a result of ending a cycle, I could imagine it should also work well for deca dick and other progesterone related issues.

Me: female, pre-menopausal, 45, used to be very horny most of the time...now, even though my hubby is awesome in bed, a friggin sex GOD, I don't get into it. Tried some PT-141 yesterday. Did 2mg. (I'm 120lbs, 5'5") Felt pretty sick to my stomach...didn't hurl. After a few hours, no tingling or desire, but a huge headache. After about 6 hours, still had the headache, but daym!! I was sooooo horny. So, my wonderful man gave me what I wanted, and that was great, huge orgasm. Woke up with my clit throbbing...like it needed a release. Next time I'll try 1mg.
I wish more women would post their experiences.
