Extreme full body workout

So this idea popped in to my head. A full 5 exercises with 4 sets a piece for every bodypart in one day.

Anybody have thoughts on this?

What supporting supplements would you guys use?

I'm planning on taking 10-15 grams of bcaa's before and after, as well as protein shakes intra-workout and of course food.
 
DC training is great but not what it seems like hes looking for. I have done extreme training like that in football camps. Really the only thing you'll be doing to your self is wearing your body out. They basically just hazed us at the beginning of each season by crushing us in the gym for hours the first couple of days. If your really just looking for something different then DC training will definitely be a change up.

It's really more of a just do it to see if I can thing. Plus I challenged my buddy to do it with me. I can't back out now
