I got some Naposim from Turkey. 5 mg tabs, Ranbaxy-Terapia ( Metandienonum ). Compared them to some other pics on another post and the general concensus was they are real. However i've been taking 40mg a day for going on 3 weeks and the only think i've noticed are headaches, muscle sorness in neck and shoulders and a sore throat. My question is if they are fake then what the hell am I taking ???
