FAKE TEST!, blood work proves it....right?

4 weeks into my test e 500mg, my levels were off the charts >1500

yeh i think its homebrew, didnt have a label.

my main issue is, are blood testostorone levels gonna be elevated NO MATTER WHAT by week 4 even if the test hasnt kicked in yet? does the kick in happen with blood test rising or will blood test rise regardless of feeling.
