It sounds like you guys DMS are still under the belief thet it doesn't matter what you eat as long as you are eating big. Quality of foods does matter. I only say this cause my job is that of a food broker and i know what oes into and how some foods are pre-pared. I wish i didn't eat anything from a grocery store let aloe fast food chain

I think you went down that path once before and it didn't turn out in your favor.

Please show me where eating chicken from the grocery store contributes to less gains the eating chicken that you pick up on the farm.

Still waiting from the last time.

And no one is advocating eating PROCESSED FOODS.

I know a couple of football players here that eat alot of fast food(i consider it alot anyways). Yeah, they are a bit heavier(lil more fat then i'd wanna carry around) but they're strong as hell. The one weights like 275lbs, his bench is only 375(which suprised me cuz i benched 355 when i weighted 240) but he'll smoke alot of people on squatts. Not that i'm recommending fast food....i eat it some when i have 2....but obviously u can still make gains w/it.
I dunno that meat from the store is SO much worse for u either. Yeah, might not be quite the grade as stuff right off the farm, but gotta be damn close. Suppose it depends what ur'e feeding your stock.

At Burger King, eat a Chicken Whopper or two without the mayo. Get mustard on it instead. It comes in at 410 Calories, 7 grams of fat, 48g carbs and 38g of protein. Not too bad. If you gotta have the mayo, that's going to kick it up to 570 calories and 25g of fat instead.
