What are yalls thoughts on this. I read on the livestrong site that u don't have too. Just got results back n I didn't fast for the test. Before testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) I was in the 400's total test. My protocol is 50 mgs prop eod so 175 weekly. My results for total test was only 675. I figured I would be higher then that.

the clinic that I use says you dont have to fast for this type of bloodwork.
If they are checking blood sugar then fasting becomes important.

Don't y'all think my test should be higher since I started in the 4oo's now running 175 test a week n now I'm only 675.

Yes, I think your Test would have been higher. Everyone is different though obviously. At 200mg of Test per week, my total T is still off the charts >1500. I am dropping dosage in small increments between bloods in effort to hit 1200 or so. How long have you been on TRT?

What I'm saying is prop mg for mg is stronger then cyp. 175 prop is probably = to 200 mgs of cyp. I don't get how guys with lower test levels naturally are over twice as high on the same dose as me

who cares about numbers. if you feel good at that dose then stay there. make sure your e2 is in check.

My e2 is good I'm at 25. I wana see how I feel around the 1,000-1200 range. What do y'all think bump it to 60 mgs eod to see how I feel n where I'm at.

never know

Just to add a little bit of info:

I had my initials bloods done this morning as I am starting with Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) with ULV and they asked that i fast. Maybe it was because they tested lipids.

something to think about.
