I am very bad with food. I hate fruits and veggies basically, except for oranges and bananas. What can I eat to lose weight because i am too picky with food. Yes yes yes i know i should eat it all but i just cant..I eat basically any type of meat/chicken rice potatoes etc etc except veggies..any tips? Im tryin to stay away from carbs, bad carbs in particular <--they are my kryptonite
