fat loss question in reguards to Actyl L Carnitine?

i heard that this will speed up fat loss while dieting down with t3 and on cycle some how. i was wondering at what dose it is effective and how often it should be taken i e before workouts or in the am or when? thanks guys

Sup Stranger...how are ya :)

It is used BEST as part of the Anarchy Stack (CLA/ALCAR/Green Tea/ALA)

To answer you question: I recommend 1 g/3x day

CLA: 4 g/3x day
Ala (with meals): 500 mg/per meal [or R-ALA: 250 mg/meal]
Green Tea (90+mg EGCG/ 95% polyphenols): 400 mg / 3 x day


**** These are very general guidelines based on a ~200 pound male/~12-15% fat ..........you should tweak based on body-stats.
 
im good but getting fat

im going to stack a whole slew of shit together with some good fat loss compunds to see if i can shed liek 25 lbs in 2 months with 45 mins of cardio 2x a day and working out with t3 and clen and prop cyp and EQ. so we wills ee what happens im checking into other things i can add to my stack this seemed inticing. thanks doc
 
alcar is best taken on an empty stomach.

anywhere from 2-10g per day.

start low as it can cause stomach distress.

supplementing FOS and/or probiotics is a good idea for anyone eating high protien or taking in lots of acids (like alcar)

put 1/3 tsp in 1/5ltr of water. drink during workout.

Or a gram before and a gram during. I like to add it to BSL's GO. One time Dito was so high from it. I thought I was floating. :p

Hey, while we're here... what do you notice from the dilute approach - sloshing a powder in water and drinking, say during a workout, vs. caps before? Really wondering not just about this supplement but others in that regard.

not really have tried with alcar, it does add an interesting acid taste to your water (which many would probably find quite unpleasant)
 
I thought Carnitine supps were dead. It's crap unless you are actually difficient (small percent are). So unless somethings changed in the past 10 years or your actually carnitine defficient don't bother.
 
there is a massive difference between l-carnitine and acetyl-l-carnitine (and other highly bioavailable[plasma] carnitine derivatives)
