Fat or gyno?

Ok well I use to weight at 220 5'7 but all FAT....that was almost 3 years ago. I'am down to 170 and the fat has gone down and my strength is at its strongest now. The only problem I have is my chest fat. Its on the lower part of my chest and it makes my nipples look puffy and stick out like I have a gyno problem. When my nipples are hard, it gives me a nicer look to my chest but as soon as they are soft...bam back to tits. Is diet and cardio really going to get rid of it or am I just stuck with it? BTW...I've always had this problem even at 220..but I would of thought at 170 it would be gone! Any suggestions?
 
good question i used to have this problem too, i still to this day see a slight "tit" increase when my BF% gets a little higher (12% and up) i know exactly what you are saying with the nipple thing too.
 
dont get me wrong... i have some fat all over my body still...but my chest is just pissing me off....i'am trying to diet right now ONLY to get rid of the chest fat. If there something I can do about...please let me know!!

you need to feel under ur nipple to see if you have a "lump"
if so then it is gyno

chest fat is not uncommon in men and yes it may take longer for it to disappear from certain areas

just kep working and evelopin gur pecs through compound moves and it will make a difference
 
In my experience, chest and lower abdominal fat are the last thing to go when cutting. You may have to get even leaner to see somewhat of a reduction.
 
So if you workout your chest doing compound movements....they fat will go away or it will just fill out?
 
I don't have gyno and I have the exact same problem. I got pretty overweight from bulking too high once and it came about. I have been down to as low as 10% and it never goes away. I'm thinking of seeing a plastic surgeon.
