no i havent but sometimes I warm them up.
I dont want to degrade the protein when its uneeded.

Yeah the better protein bars. I tried it last night. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't great. Tasted kinda like a spongy cookie that wasn't sweet at all. I ate two in the middle of the night. I wake up when I have night sweats then I crave something kinda sweet with milk. It halfway did the trick.
