Well The Ms'es is complaining that im spending way to much time away and I agree with her. So I had to make some big changes in my schedule. Here is how my old schedule looked.

Mon- Gym 7-8:30 W/ cardio at the end
Tue- MMA 7-8 striking 8-9:15 BJJ with conditioning at the end.
Wed-Gym 7-8:30 W/ cardio at the end
Thurs-MMA 7-8 striking 8-9:15 BJJ with conditioning at the end.
Fri-Gym 7-8:30 W/ cardio at the end
Sat-
Sun-Paintball 8am-3pm, Religiously.

As Im sure you can see, doing this for about 2 years really didnt leave me with much home life. So for the past 2 weeks, this is what I have had to resort to:

Mon- Gym 7-8:30 W/ cardio at the end
Tue- MMA 7-8 striking, Gym 8:20-9:30 no cardio
Wed- Off
Thurs- MMA 7-8 striking, Gym 8:20-9:30 no cardio
Fri- off
Sat- off
Sun- Paintball.

Only problem is I have no idea how to incorporate carbs on MMA and lifting days. what I have been doing:

Hour before MMA: Large sweet potato and some kind of meat.

After MMA: PBJ w/ natty pb, low sugar jelly on white breat.

After lifting: shake 60:20 carbs and protein

Im cutting right now so I dont know if this is too many carbs this late at night of if im ok since im doing so much.

Any thoughts?

if your doing rigorous exercise.. even late at night.. u should consume carbs both pre and post workout..

dont shy away from those carbs.. just eat the right ones.. do a complex carb pwo since its night time

3j, So you think I should trade out the simple carb shake for a complex carb? keep everything else the same?
