Feedback On Diet Macros

I have been doing some research on dieting and would like to throw this out for critique/comments/suggestions.

6'
235 lbs
41 yrs old
~25% BF

I have calculated my BMR at ~2165 and my TDEE at ~3357 based on the "moderate" conversion factor as I would rather be conservative on my estimations. I do work out 5 days a week with heavy weights each day and cardio 20-40 minutes 4-6 times a week depending on how my body feels.

I computed a 20% caloric deficit to be ~2685 daily calories and I want to update myfitnesspal app and make sure I am putting correct macros in there. I have calculated 268g protein, 75g fat and 235g carbs for daily consumption using a 4-9-4 methodology.

Question about the fat - does 75g seem high for someone at my BF% and, if I lower it, should I make up for it with more protein and carbs or simply reduce the caloric intake by that amount? Any thoughts on cholestorol or salt macros would be appreciated as well because I want to keep an eye on that.
