Feedback Request on my Lab Results

I think I may have made a mistake. I have been on TRT since March of 2013 continiously untill May of this year. I was hospitalized for Diverticulitis in May. I stayed off until August 2nd. On that date I started taking 25 mg every four days. I should have waited because I did lab work on Aug 19th. Here is why I think I made a mistake.

Testosterone, Total, LC/MS/MS 649 (250 -1100)
Free Testosterone 142.7 (35-155)
Estradiol 44 (<39)

In your opinion(s), could I of had a successful restart or did starting TRT again on Aug 2nd have that much of an effect by the time I did my labs on Aug 19th? I had every intention on waiting until my labs were completed but that appointment kept getting pushed back. I have full lab results so let me know if any other info would be needed.

I don't know if 25 mg every four days is enough to get my testosterone that high. I am afraid I had a successful restart and then started trt again before realizing it.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

After 17 days on exogenous testosterone, you should be shut down. The only way to know for certain. would be by checking your LH and FSH however.

LH was not in range on my results .9L (1.5 - 9.3)

I didn't see a FSH on the results.

You are pretty much shut down but not 100%. Typically we see LH come in at 0.0 or 0.1. But it is safe to say that nearly all your testbis coming from your injections.

When you previously did TRT how many mg did you take per week and what did it put your TT at?

So there is probably no chance that my body restarted on it's own and I was at 645 on its own?

Before I stopped in May, I was injected 200 mg/week test and 500 units / 3 times a week HCG

Right. I don't think I worded my concerns properly. I restarted my TRT protocol 17 days before my lab work. Is 17 days, at 25 mg every four days, enough to get my test that high or had my body started producing test again on its own. Prior to Aug 2nd, I had not injected since the beginning of May.
