Feel like I was hit by a bus

I know it's flu season but I have no signs of being sick like a fever or vomiting, yet I feel extremely lethargic and my legs/lower back ache real bad. I'm running test e 500mg/wk, tren e 200mg/wk, and 60mg of Anavar (var) ED... I know the back pumps are Anavar (var) but what about the entire lethargic no energy feeling? Once I am in the gym I'm fine and I am growing, but outside the gym I feel like just sleeping. I am estro sensitive and run letro so is it possible I dropped my est to low? Or could it just be the tren? I don't have any insomnia problems or night sweats, just the back pumps and achy legs with the extreme tired feeling.... this has never happened to me before running test only. Any input?

It could be several different things, but if you are using Letro, the chances of crashing your estro are VERY high and low estro is a very probable cause for low energy.

That'd be my best guess, but then again, tren kicks the shit out of my energy levels as well, so it very possibly could be that too.

Thanks for the input, I think I'm going to assume estro because of joints aching too, it just sucks because I'm estro sensitive but I think this time I took it to far. I was considering the tren but at 200mg a week I figured it would more likely be estro... I had a bit of a nipple itch 2 days ago and dropped 5MG of letro, in the past my body was okay with that but I was also on more test than 500mg.

Let me say something here, you need to get bloods done brotha and check e2 levels ASAP. Thats why I don`t tell no one on using Letro on cycle but only if gyno sides. It is very important to check your e2 levels...good luck and keep us posted bro

going to get bloods done this week pik, also got your PM can't send messages back yet. I have been retired for a year now and spent 4 as an 11b and did 2 tours, i took my purple heart and medical retirement after I got hurt. I was stationed at fort hood, where you at?

JBLM bro, getting out after 2 tours as well, lots of injuries and health issues more menthal than anything you know how it is. I was part of 101st and my brother was Killed in Action on May 26, 2011 2 months before I got on country. Wish you the best. If need anything email me ok.

achy "arthritic like" pain is common with low e as well as lethargy/fatigue ...

so if you have deep leg pain that almost feels in your bones could be low e
