Seems like every week of this cycle I have had these great highs, and then horrible lows. I don't understand why emotionally I have been so up and down. Hopefully after I get my bloods I will be able to spot the underlying factor to this crap.:flamingma

I'm thinking I might have also come into this cycle with my hopes a little too high, LOL. Its only the beginning of week 7 though I suppose. I shall carry on and slay more weights.

I was feeling like that to n one of my cycles. I carbed up real high amd started taking two cap fulls of liquid amino before and after workouts and started feeling better. Hope u get better!
 
Keep your head held high and the weights above your head. The emotional roller coaster can be drag when you don't know the cause. The blood work should hopefully put an end to it. Be safe bro.
 
Hey, i too struggle with this whenever im on cycle. The best thing you can do is keep yourself active, surround yourself with people and just do things. The main times that you will have lows is when you're doing nothing and thinking too much. Hope this helps!
 
Some times all you can do is try to keep your mind focused on the positive side of things and try to practice mental endurance. A lot of times things in life piss me off and make me stressed out and I try to just ignore them and not let the events make me depressed or full of anxiety. Lol I basically try my hardest to solve a problem and if I can't I say fuck it and not let it interfere with my day.
 
I would have to wonder if there is something wrong with the gear you're using. If the esters are wrong, and you're using the interval for a longer (or for that matter, even a shorter one) your blood levels are going to be fluctuating like crazy, and your moods along with it.....is that a possibility?
 
BP is gonna be high on gear anyways....do you donate blood at all when you're on cycle?You should! You have a lot of extra blood right now...
