feels like a steel plate

ok, anyone exp after a delt injection (or anywhere) to where the injection site feels as if there is a 4" x 4" steel plate under your skin....meaning the entire surrounding area of the injection site is rock hard, i mean hard!! like steel.....

this has happened before and it gets better, just wondering what the trauma is causing this?

Yeah I got one on my asscheck right now but its gone down quite a bit. IDK why it happens I'm thinking oil didn't get fully absorbed and it rises up and stay just under the skin??? That would explain why it would take so long to reabsorb.

It's nothing to worry about.

oh nah, not worried, just curious asto WHY this happens, i been on and off for 8 yrs....it happens once in awhile, usually delts and quads....never ass cheek.....
