Diet Theory
So I know my body pretty well and figure a need for aprox. 2,500 cals a day for maintenance on non exercise or work out days - On days I expend more energy I need to add in extra cals. I am also figuring in order to gain about 1 pound of lean muscle a week I need to feed my body a bit over maintenance - I am factoring about 300 calories over maintenance a day - I will adjust as I go along based on what my body tells me.

Caloric Intake: Aprox. 2,800 40/30/30 Protein /Fat/Carbs

Well I'm excited..... All help and criticism is appreciated - I am a beginner in AAS and I am sure you guys can help me out. early morning around 5:30am and post throughout the day until 5pm - so I will be logging the previous days nutrition. (I will be using Fit Day)

Felt like a mediocre workout - My legs did shake a bit when I stood in place to long thats always my sign I did a good job - but other then that and sweating profusely - nothing major - I will wait for Strength and Power legs days.....

Still slight soreness from the injection spot - did not affect my workout feels like a nice bruise is all.....

Next pin is tomorrow....

Got blood work results yesterday (precycle) what a bullshit lab and test - Only gave me total test which is at a level of maybe an 80 year old man.......

Perhaps a mistake?






Anyway - second pin done today

Left glute 23G 1.5" Pin - no issues except that im a righty..... hardest part was cleaning up and packing away everything.

Arms and shoulder workout comin soon.

# 3 Last night - no pain no issues, I'm getting good at it. Feel pretty good but pretty normal nothing out of the ordinary lately except my Squat has gone up - perhaps its still placebo - who knows.....supposed to be 2-3 weeks before I really feel something so ive read.

To early to see any drastic changes on the body - and any extra pumps or vascualrity could just be due to diet and water intake last night or before work out as well as what PWO I took.......

I am really gonna give this my all.

Nothing much to report today - had Bball leagues last night and again tonight - I am trying not to hit up any more additional cardio then my bball leagues 2 - 3 times a week and maing sure I am eating enough.

I am feeling pretty good not lethargic or ill tempered.... I have had a few bouts of unprovoked heavy duty wood pop up here and there but it could just be coincidental........ I did not make the gym today so either I will hit a double header tomorrow ar get to it tonight.

Weird ass dream:

So I drempt that I literally woke up in bed last night and went to the bathroom and I had major Gyno... right under my nipples it was like a golf ball sore as hell and actually had some black and blue around it - I freaked and then said to myself hey - this gotta be a dream rocked myself up into bed (have any of you done this before... know your sleeping and dreaming and try and wake yourself up?) and sat up in bed and touched my titties - all was well - went back to sleep

#4 completed this morning - im getting better and better at it - this morning went in easy - aspirated about .5CC saw the bubbly and it was all good - but when I started injecting I noticed "trapped" in the tip a small speck of blood - I've never hit a vein before but from what ive read what I read blood shoots back as you aspirate and fills in the syringe and you KNOW you hit it...... this defiently wasnt the case.... so I continued injected ... all good to go - but I coulda sworn I had a funny taste in my mouth for a bit..... also feel it (icy hot feeling) ride down my glute to my ham a bit as im sitting here.

Nothing I am too worried about.


working out after work today Arms and Shoulders - I can tell you that I am freaking physched to workout like so much that I wanna goo right now!!!! I feel i wanna smash some plates - my Libido is ridiculous - I mean scenarios and random experience is popping in my head from college days and the like and I find myself fighting off hard on's in the office and its like a roller coaster - up and down.... feel very refreshed and upbeat. I dunno if this is placebo or I just been eating and sleeping well or if this is what I am supposed to feel -

Ive never felt like this from my PH cycles - Lol mostly good pumps strength - weight gains and back pumps.....

Anyway I will fill in the log on how the workout went

Side Note:

Pinned early today because im going hunting upstate this weekend - will be out in the woods sleeping in bumble fuck in a barn hope to shoot myself some free proteinz - if any of you saw my previous log you know I am very into hunting and fishing and love to butcher and eat what I catch - hope to have tome pics soon.

Yesterday: 10-16-10

Typing this as I'm sitting in a fuckin tree. Haven seen shit except squirrels. My bro wacked out a small doe. So we got some proteinz. But shit gets antsy. On a side note. I broke out of hunting gear and went to the gym in this bumble fuck town paid for a day pass. Worked out chest. Pretty damn good workout and not a bad gym. Considering I slept in a barn last night with no hot water I got to shit and shower abd even use the suana (air dray mofo) before goin back on the tree. Didn't write down my workout but highlights today:Barbell bench press: 5 X 245 and 4 X 265 plus 1 more rep with spotter help (fingers only). I'm pretty happy with that. Most I ever benched was 295 while bulking to 218lbs ob my Bold PH run. I am really hoping to get to 315. So far I don't feel like the incredible hulk. Still got decent libido. Felt amayzing pumps on my chest. Got a nice down the breast bone. And while doing flys I got the lines popping out going across like Franco Columbo used to have. Strength seems to be going up as well. Besdies that. BF looks about the same I'm thinkin. I am eating hardy but I don't wanna lose my abs. Hoping actually for lower BF. Can u tell how fukin bored I am ? Tonight probably gonna hit up texas roadhouse steakhouse and get some Tbone action with double sweet potato sides. I am hoping I wack something. Then all the pressure is off and I can chill till we go home monday and hubt at my liesure.

I am almost at the 3 weeks mark so let me give you a bit of the run down

General Feeling: I am feeling great!! I am drinking less cofee then I used to have to drink and I have a great general feeling
Libido : I am like a crazed teenager - Life is good at 30 my mojo was decent but definitely lacking what it used to be back when I was younger - not too mention I drink a lot of cofee and dont get enough sleep I am sure that had an affect - but right now I am like a Porn star

On another note - I dunno if higher test is like a pheromone to the ladies or if they can sense or if my confidence is just peaking. But I swear I am getting the looks from ladies at the office, on the street, at the gym. while I may talk to them I get that flirtatious feeling and vibe from them I am like - (oh yeh I could def get it in if I wanted - probably wouldn;t have to put in much effort) too bad I am happily married

Hairloss: As of now - none (probably too early anyway) however I am dosing Finesterade from teh start
Lethargy: Almost none
Demeanor / Temper: i am pretty cool however there were some moments at work where I felt I could snap a fuse and get irritated real easily - like a customer complaint (a good customer) and in my brain I wanted to tell him to go fuck himself and buy somewhere else - although my senses are very in control.
Pumps: I definitely feel more pumped (maybe 5% - 10% more then usual) especially at the gym - I feel I almost balloon myself during a workout it seems more exaggerated
Strength: I am only beginning to feel as if I am getting stronger - or more like things seem to be getting a little lighter - like I picked up my son yesterday and started swinging him a bit and I was like damn I could probably chuck him across the room (LOL I would never but.....) My lifts are going up as well
Sides: I am really not experiencing much at all - my nips (the stems) seem to be erect or sticking out a bit more - kinda like if you are cold - and that seems to irritate them if I wear a certain type of shirt - but nothing I am concerned about - my friend on the same cycle seems to perhaps have early signs of gyno flare up or his pre existing gyno is acting up a bit but it may just be in his head-

All in all I feel positive affects but its all very subtle - I would say I want more of what i am feeling now and at a higher degree.

I wouldn't say I feel like im "on" truly. but I havent felt this good generally in a long time.


Current Weight: 200 LBS - Gained about 2 lbs so far and I believe its all lean.

I got a new phone and I am excited to use it so I hope to put up some more pics this week.


Side note: Proto-Whey - I love dat shit, best and easiest protien for me to drink - it aint cheap though.......

#6 Done and Officially finishing up week 3. Feeling pretty good same as previous not much more... Sex drive is insane..... any type of heart elevation (cardio, sex, gym) seems to give me a good pump all over more noticeable in my arms.


Yesterday was a day off and I will be working out tonight around 5pm

I was off yesterday - so I am totally antsy today to get in the gym - I am working Shoulders and Arms and i hope to concentrate and blow up my tris.......


Question: I have heard that spot injecting may increase that areas muscle growth - but I am not sure if that can be true because the AAS is esterized and I am assuming by the time it breaks down it has left the spot injection area- because If I could get site specific affects I would zap my Tris.......




#6 Injection Story:

So I got an issue with my left thumb jammed it real bad in bball so pressing the plunger with my left hand hurts like a bitch and makes me unsteady - hence going in and out and moving a bit with the injection - this caused me more pain - I still felt pin#4 when i was shooting #5 which was the right side - and I didn't feel anything when I did #5...... anyway - I figured id hit the right again today - and I guess it was karma - I had everything set up and when I went to inject - from the first second I broke skin I was like OOOOOWWWWW - but I kept pushing it in and it went in a bit and it felt very hard to keep pushing - it just didnt feel right I feel I may have gotten close to veins or nerve or whatever - so I backed it out...... (a nice blood drop ran down my ass to my leg - and I went for the left instead - went in like butter not even a pinch - and was a very successful injection - was able to use my palm and fingers instead of my thumb and that helps alot.......

but damn - if I didnt know better (when I did pin #1) and if my first pin felt like that I would NOT be happy about pinning........

Still feeling pretty good - worked out yesterday afternoon and I felt beastly weight is still holding at 202lbs - and I think
I will try and hold it here for a few days or another week until I "try and gain more weight - strength is one thing and it seems to me that I am getting stronger and stronger every day - but I am more into it for the aesthetics - I know 3 weeks is practically overnight and I do not expect huge differences overnight... I do hope to fine tune my body and hopefully after post cycle therapy (pct) I can hold up pics and say there is a respectable difference in my physique. I remember from my Bold PH Cycle I finished off looking almost the same as when I started proportionally however I was much stronger and weighed about 18LBS more - It did not look like I gained any BF% from it but I was bigger and I feel I retained much of the size from before my PH - Since I am now doing pins I am hoping for better results and I am giving it my all.

#7 done - no issues...... right glute.... feeling great - worked out back yesterday and legs today - got a lot of compliments people telling me im getting big and my vascularity and pumps were insane I did notice that during the day (and it happened infrequently over the last few days) I have been getting almost like my heart skips or has a delayed beat and last night when I was in bed I felt every pump from my heart throughout my whole body - made me a little nervous - I managed to fall asleep and said I was going to check my Blood pressure this morning but seems to be ok now - I think I may have not drank enough last few days - its harder to drink over the weekend then when I am at my desk with a big bottle in front of my face and a bathroom 4 feet away. I also ate a phenomenal rib eye steak by one of my fave restaurants and I think they put too much salt in there food and my sodium was probably high - feel much better today and will definitely drink more from now on.
Weight is around 204 (started at 198)
 
Looking good so far man keep up the great work just started the same cycle will be nice to see the end results for you and I

Yah feeling good man stuff is really starting to kick in - my advise as of right now to any first timeers is that is your supply is good then you just need to be patient - you will know when things start changing for you....
