female on deca need help!!!!

deca is for gaining weight! and not at all for ladies!! , stop immediately and it will take almost 30 days to clear your system. you need High Intensity Interval training and common sense weight training! together with diet!

also post in the ladies section of you post a pic, we want this place know as a respectful forum, if you post in the mens section expect comments.. but thats a awesome truck

so this is a oral form of deca... like a not real steroid ? if you're not injection its not deca

Oh hahah no hes not. And thanks. I am a mom that is just trying to lose baby weight pkus the weight I got stuck with using. I ised to do a lot of cardio. Now thats what im going to get back to..and only that

I should have known it wouldnt help me lose weight. My diet is actually pretty good I just coukdnt seem to lose the weight now I know deca is doing the opposite. I read a bunch of reviews about deca not being good for women and women gaining lots of water.

the only women crazy enough to use it are serious body builders, not casual dieters!
 
The women that were taking it werent even bodybuilders and there wrre a few ladies thay just hit the gym regularly and had the same prob as me..guess I should have came here first before letting him tlk me into taking it.. I didnt kmow though
