Female w/ questions on var.

Alright so I have many questions to have answered, please do not judge me on my lack of knowledge. My boss is a professional body builder and from what I have seen pretty much knows his stuff. He had me taking Clen&T3 last year which took alot of weight off me. I was 5'0 134 now I am 5'0 110 pounds. I would like to start gaining mass and my goal is to start fitness competitions. I run about 2 miles a day, and do a fairly intense upper body work out Mon Weds and Sat's. Lower body the rest of the days. I started taking Anavar (var) two days ago. I was given capsules of 50mgs after talking to my boss he told me I needed to start out taking 5-10 mgs. So I broke the capsules up and divided as evenly as possible into 6 different halves, giving me a bit less than 8.5 mgs. I sprinkle this 8.5 in my protein shake in the mornings,7am everymorning (Is this an okay method) I have looked up side effects and I have none of them.Should I be feeling a little kick in my step or something? When I took clen and t3 I felt wired and expected the same with Anavar (var), but i feel no different. I normally take adderall (7.5mgs) for school proposes but because of the Anavar (var) i didn't know if it was safe to do both.( I would like to know if this is safe because im struggling without my adderall) I feel very tired and not so much hungry. (Which I heard my hunger would be effected)
Also my boss said that Anavar (var) was such a light aas that I wouldn't need to take Liv52 or any other liver supplements is this true? Will I need to do post cycle therapy (pct)? I have spent many hours looking up information online, and because its not legal in my state this is a little harder to find good information on. I eat about 5 means a day two of them being meal replacement protein shakes, I am pretty well knowledgeable on eating correctly and working out correctly I have worked in a gym for the past 3 years but I am very clueless on var. can someone please help me? Give me tips or hints or something? I have read alot on this site and I am looking for answers not rude remarks or anything of the sort. I am and will continue to take Anavar (var) for the people who think that I am to young or what not for it. I am a very strict and hardcore worker and before I get serious about this I just want to make sure im doing it the smart way! Thanks everyone for there time!

I just want to address one part of this and then I will leave it to the ladies since we have some very knowledgeable ones here.

50mg caps are a horrible idea for a woman!! there is no way you can determine what is anavar and what is filler within a cap to split it up evenly. If your boss gave you this he should know better! One day you might take 40mg of anavar and the next day you might take 2mg.
 
Var is the most mild oral. "Feeling it" may not happen at all. Just hang in give it some time.

My GF is Pandie here Sology, she is also using Anavar (var) first time. Friend her.

Woman to woman is best.
 
It actually doesn't need to be spilt, I have done all of my dosing at one time and had great results 1-1.5 hrs before training.

I don't advise anyone jacking their blood levels around and risking sides taking a 6-8hr halflife compound once per day.

Especially if the gear is dosed a true 10mgs.
 
Thanks for all your replies I will see what I can do about getting some 10 mgs and some milk thistle.

get liver 52 instead. Milk thistle has been shown to down regulate the androgen receptor. so why use something that has been shown to be counter productive???


IDK if it will be the same in women tho so this may be a useless comment.

no, i think stable blood levels are important for any aas user. Male or female makes no difference.


Jenner...I bet if you divided up your doses you would get better effects. Now it would be hard to judge but i think 2 doses per day would help.

even a small dose 7-8hrs before or after your pre WO dose would help keep the compounds blood levels more stable.
 
AAS and Stable Blood Levels go hand in hand. Im pretty sure we are all here to look better, feel better, and be healther. So stable blood levels might be a good idea.
But every one has there own opinion and i respect that!
 
I'm going to jump in here and suggest that the next time you choose to take something, ask the ladies here before you begin taking it. I'm not knocking your boss (don't know him, won't pass judgement), but many times just because a man is knowledgable about aas, doesn't mean he's studied the ins and outs and the effects/sides it has on females. My reccomendation for the future would be to research first before you start taking something.

Now that's out of the way, how's your diet? You want to bulk. Are you eating enough? Anavar (var) without the cals isn't going to help you put on size. Only mentioned this because your post indicated you were not hungry. Concentrate on getting in your proper macros.

Are you scale focused? If seeing the number on the scale go up is something that will eek you out during a bulk, then stay away from the scale.

Lastly, I'd quit taking the capsules and research some more. If you feel that Anavar (var) is still a viable option for you, then get tabs as suggested above. I know you said you were't going to quit taking it, but please stop until you can at least obtain accurate dosage. It's scary stuff to think you don't know what the dose is you're putting in your body.

Can I assume that you're counting cals and macros? If so, making sure your Anavar (var) dose is dead on should also be a priority.

Mt-Momma- I had talked to a couple personal trainers at the gym I work at and they pretty much told me the same as my boss, I am getting smaller dosed caps today, thank God, but i understand what your saying thats why I got on the site as soon as I found it. I do weigh most of my food. I precook normally in the beginning of the week. I eat alot of chicken and sadly steak sometimes. The scale doesn't phase me in the least. I have yet to weigh myself! Thanks everyone for all the advice!
 
This was about a year ago. I have been working out since.

He had you on clen and you weren't working out at the time? Not sure what to say. Everybody reacts differently to clen, I ended up in hospital for four days having my heart looked at after tapering up the dose once. After that, I'd strongly recommend considering something else to anyone that asked. Probably albuterol. I've been an asthmatic since age 16 and used inhalers containing albuterol to keep it under control whenever I have an attack and I never suffered any ill effects. Plenty of people I know used it in higher doses for weight loss and reported great results with no sides. The only 'downside' is that it has a much shorter half-life in your body than clen, so you need to take a steady dose throughout the day.

In all honesty, you really didn't need clen and T3 to get to sub-20% bodyfat, a clean calorie-deficient diet and regular exercise would have taken care of that in no time. A cutting stack is what you use to get shredded, for a man usually to get sub-10%, a woman sub-15%.

Of course, anavar's going to work miracles on you. 6 weeks on a comparatively low dose and you'll most likely be in model mode.

I also want to clarify something real quick about the whole age issue and taking aas.
Most of the people on this site aren't opposed (directly) with youngins like you taking aas, male or female. The issue lies with the immaturity to go ahead and either inject something in your body or popping pills without doing your research FIRST.

So, we get these posts nearly every day that some trainer/guy at the gym/friend of a friend told me to take this, but I don't know the correct dosage, anything about post cycle therapy (pct), what the sides are, or the most frightening of all, IF it's what (insert source) says it
is.

But here you are and because you're young and immpressionable and a girl, I'll say this. Especially because you're a girl......honey, it's YOUR body and you better know what you're putting in it. I care about females and aas. Do you know what the second "A" is aAs stands for? Make sure you do. Some dude ends up with a deeper voice and thicker hair growth, no biggie. He's a guy. That happens to a 22 year old girl and those effects never wear off, it's a pretty big deal. And that's a minor side. There are major ones. Is var safer than others? Sure, but you still run a risk of sides.

Just because he's your boss and he says it's ok, doesn't mean it is. He's already had you on clen and t3 when it was absolutley not the answer. Go forward with an abundance of caution and never forget that you are the owner of your own body and control everything that goes in it.

I am new to this forum, but I think from what I have read this is the place to ask questions about Var. I want to start a cycling Anavar (var), but I have no idea where to buy it. Can you get it online?

I really need help with this, and I know I should look for HG quality, but recommendations would be super helpful.
