few conversion questions

ok, well ordered one box of finaplex h... does it really matter where i get the kit from? or are they all pretty much the same? i was gonna get it through Getpinz.com cause i know they are fast and i can get some pinz at the same time... what do you think?
now, for the actual conversion... i don't know exactly how to do the conversion but i know there is directions and when i get it if i get confused i'll post here... but for the end... i don't want to heat it and all, is it necessary? if i don't heat it do i need to put it through a .2 filter? cause i only see the .45 filters... or should i filter it 2 times thruogh 2 different .45 filters?? what do you think? thanks

Id say all the kits a pretty much the same...some solvent (ba+bb), a whatman, a sterile crimped vial, some oil, and an uncrimped and some pins and syringes...not too much can be different cept the solvent they use. I have only used Mr T's and it was fine. Id say use one of the boards sponsers or where ever is most convient.

Just follow the instructions...its way easier to make fina than you think. No need for .22 filter..just one .45 should do. I think heating will make the powder dissovle faster as well as making it easier to filter. I have never baked any of my (homemade) gear to sterilize, and I've never had a problem. A lot of people bake, and a lot dont..whatever floats ya boat I guess.

ok cool, yeah i will heat it to help with the dissolving and filtering, i just didn't want to bake it in the oven... you can heat it by putting the vial in hot water right?

I do this for all my gear (after its made as well) since I use 25g pins....makes it easier to draw up.
