Damn! I take two days off Ology and this happens! Haha, I have been laughing my ass off all morning! People at work are starting to wonder if I have some mental disorder now.

You're obsession with scale weight and how much you can lift is stupid. None of that matters. The only thing that matters is how you look, and arm size and measurements don't mean much when a lot of it is fat.

Not that you're going to listen, but my recommendations.

1. Lower calories - No reason to be eating 4k cals. obviously not working for you, you're going to get fat.

2. Go lower in weight. Focus on form and intensity. - After the whole squat video, I still suspect your form is terrible... no offense.

3. Focus on dieting. You need to get lean then focus on gaining, and not gaining by eating a stupid amount of food.

4. Up the dose and add in fat burners. I'd recommend raising tren, adding mast, and low test as your base. 50-75mcg t3 will do wonders. Can sprinkle some other things in there if you want like some orals.

Don't let anyone tell you you have shit genetics. That's bullshit. Almost everyone has the potential to look great.

Bottom line: You're eating too much and not on the right stack.

He doesn't have the genetics to look good onstage, he is too long limbed and angular.

Unless he's competing at the olympia that doesn't really matter. If he added a few pounds of muscle and nailed conditioning he'd look fantastic.
 
Probably, but he's used tren before enough and has the size to handle 100mg ED. In terms of tren, 100mg ED is where I find it to really shine. It works at lower doses as well but you start to really see what tren is capable of doing at that dose.
 
If I were him I'd run

Tren a 100mg ED
250mg test EW or less
Mast P 50mg ED/100mg EOD
50-75mcg t3

The guy needs to come off altogether and train natty and see how he goes.

He hasn't got"the size", if he got down to 8% he would be around 185lb

Right now he's just outeating the tren and bulking when he needs to diet down. I don't know what his training is like, but it's probably not optimal for bodybuilding. With a few adjustments he'll start to see true progress.

Yes, the guy has been 'on' for 2 years straight, he looks virtually the same, he could have made those gains natty in 6 months.
 
What size do you think warrants 100mg tren a ED? Because that by no means an impressive dose of tren, nor is it anything controversial.

That depends on your source, 500mgs of real tren a week is enough for anyone.
People take way too much gear these days.
