You're obsession with scale weight and how much you can lift is stupid. None of that matters. The only thing that matters is how you look, and arm size and measurements don't mean much when a lot of it is fat.
Not that you're going to listen, but my recommendations.
1. Lower calories - No reason to be eating 4k cals. obviously not working for you, you're going to get fat.
2. Go lower in weight. Focus on form and intensity. - After the whole squat video, I still suspect your form is terrible... no offense.
3. Focus on dieting. You need to get lean then focus on gaining, and not gaining by eating a stupid amount of food.
4. Up the dose and add in fat burners. I'd recommend raising tren, adding mast, and low test as your base. 50-75mcg t3 will do wonders. Can sprinkle some other things in there if you want like some orals.
Don't let anyone tell you you have shit genetics. That's bullshit. Almost everyone has the potential to look great.
Bottom line: You're eating too much and not on the right stack.
