He does not look virtually the same, he looks better now. Regardless of whether or not he could have done it naturally, that doesn't really matter anymore since he's on AAS now so he might as well make the best use of it.
 
Most competitive bodybuilders are on 2-3x that during contest prep.
I compete and Im not taking anywhere near that
Bear in mind Tren a is normally 100mgs per mil, thats 15 mil a week of just tren, now add in everything else and you are running out of places to pin.

Thanks noway, I will take your advice bro, much appreciated, drop the cals, up the tren to 100mg ed and see where that leads me in the next 3 weeks

My current diet looks like this

Meal 1
1 cup oatmeal, 8 eggwhite, 1 scoop iso protein, 1 tsp natty pb

Meal 2
6oz chicken breats, 90g uncooked brown rice ( 1 cup), 1 tsp pb

Meal 3 ( pre workout)
Same as meal 1

Meal 4
150g lean ground beef 85g uncooked pasta ( 1 cup)

Meal 5

6oz steak, 12oz sweet potato

Meal 6

1 cup oatmeal, 8 eggwhites, 1 scoop iso protein, 1 tsp pb ( before bed)

I am using aml as well I dont have night sweets, insomnia, my strength is alright notthe best, thouht it would be better running 150mg eod of tren, rsn there npp with high test and strength was way better

Bottom line is Matt doesn't have a clue on how to eat or train. Doing whatever u call that in his squat video is not training. Obviously he some how worked his way up to racking 500 on the smith. I bet hes never done one full rep ever. Ive seen guys on gear with shitty form and worse diets make gains in a matter of months. This guy has been on 2 years. Posting that video of him "squatting" is pretty clear he has absolutely no clue of what hes doing. Pics don't lie either. U can say atleast that this is a well documented disaster on what not to do. How to abuse gear, and the importance of diet and proper training. Let this be a lesson to the noobs. U just can't pin a bunch of gear and expect results!

If thats true then you are really fucked, lots of gear pretty good diet and still look like shit.
Must be those squats.

I admit my diet, my training, I should of seen more results
I started out at 198 aftet my cut, I am sitting at 212, so something is up

and i also question his form. i have told him in the past to drop the weight and focus on good form and quality reps but after seeing that squat video i really question it. if his diet is what he says it is, and his dosages are what he says they are, then the part that is off is his training.
 
within 4 days of pinning tren i am noticeably more vascular and full. i eat a bunch of shitty food and i still get extremely vascular and full. tren is a miracle drug, so anyone who cant get results from tren there is something seriously wrong. you can eat like shit, sleep like shit, mediocre training, and take a bunch of tren and you'll still get noticeable results.

for the most part i agree with everything gram of tren says. this guy knows his stuff
