Meal 5, chow time
Added 1/2 cup 3 cheese sauce
Cals 80 per 1/2 cup, 2.5g fat, 10g carb, 3g protein

85g uncooked pasta, 150g lean ground beef

mayonnaise + pickle relish ftw

Even mustard makes it slightly more bearable. I've added sriracha sauce recently & that's amazing except I feel like I wasted my entire daily sodium quotient on one stupid can of tuna then. Can't store any of that shit in my desk though, just a bunch of tuna and a can opener

You try balsamic vinegar? And Greek yogurts instead if mayonnaise anyday.

Definitely greek yogurt > mayo. I was making a chicken sandwich a few days ago, got fancy and chopped up the chicken - mixed it with this spinach dip my girlfriend made using greek yogurt instead of mayo...no idea what else but the main ingredients being spinach, greek yogurt and chicken...toasted the bread - not sure if it was the tren or the sandwich but I def had a boner eating that baby.
 
Usually ill make a tuna pasta salad and use a tsp of mayo/ olive oil made by blue menu, chop some onions and celery and goes down great

She just eat 1 to 2 meals a day, I make my own, I can eat the same stuff everyday, doesnt bother me, my fav is liver, packed with protein but high on cholesterol

Beef liver? No thank you, but deer liver? Yes sires. Rolled in seasoned flour and sautéed with onions and mushrooms- oh ya all fukin day

Bro, try a can of tuna blended in a blender with real orange juice, not the fake shit. It sounds bad but you can hardly even taste the tuna. You can down tuna that way with ease
 
Anybody else drink egg whites straight that doesnt bother them? Doesnt bother me one bit

Usually I leave a bit of room in my post workout protein shake and pour about 150mL from the carton in. Later in the day I'll drink the remaining 3-400mL straight. Not super tasty but isn't the worst thing I've put in my mouth either. Lol.
