I was really wanting to see the 1/4 squat video. Stills floors me when I see people load up a bar with 3 wheels and can't even do a half squat with it .

That pic was almost 2 years ago dude. That was my 6 month back progress pic. I weighed 185 pounds and you're still irrelevant. Will.be posting a current pic tonight just for you

If you hate Ology so much Matt then why do you post here? I will applaud anyone who actually progresses in 2 years and listens to constructive criticism.

It's not for them bro, it's for you. However I welcome criticism openly. If anyone sees a way I can improve I would love to hear it. In fact I just had a convo with one of my buddies in the gym who competes and advised me to start hitting my shoulders harder if I stood a chance on stage. I'm actually thrilled he told me so I know what to focus on more

This seems to be a pointless thread with a lot of critisism and not much of it constructive.

Matt, I think you look good mate.. There is obvious room for improvement with you but then again who hasn't got room for improvement.

You need to ask yourself. Am I still making progress, are my measurements increasing, am I getting stronger...? If the answer to any of these questions is no, try looking at your carb protien fat consumption as each of these can play a vital part in growth and then possibly look at your training methods.... Again look at the possibilities that you might be over training certain muscles and possibly under training others and are you allowing enough rest between your working life and gym life.

If you think that your progress is great and that there is nothing worth changing then great, keep going and youll reach your goals.
