Wow it took me a long time to read through that lot'...!
This seems to be a pointless thread with a lot of critisism and not much of it constructive.

Matt, I think you look good mate.. There is obvious room for improvement with you but then again who hasn't got room for improvement.

You need to ask yourself. Am I still making progress, are my measurements increasing, am I getting stronger...? If the answer to any of these questions is no, try looking at your carb protien fat consumption as each of these can play a vital part in growth and then possibly look at your training methods.... Again look at the possibilities that you might be over training certain muscles and possibly under training others and are you allowing enough rest between your working life and gym life.

If you think that your progress is great and that there is nothing worth changing then great, keep going and youll reach your goals.

Thanks bro, I kmow I need to improve, still going in hard in the gym and I like constructive critism not havent made any gains in 2 years time, everyone has to start somewhere like it or not they just dont become monsters in 1 to 2 years time, its not a 100m sprint, slow and steady gains is the way to go, gram of tren said my arms are unportinate with my frame, did I rip on him, nope, I worked on my arms this blast to get them up cause they were legging, I started out with 16" arms now there sitting at 17 3/4, so to the people saying I am not gaining I laugh
After every routine I hit tri and bi's with moderate weiht and squeezing and really working on my form, people lauhhed when they said they wont grow using ligther weight, lol, well certainly I tried it and worked
When I see a great physique like gram of tren and he helps me out on how to build muscle wih proper form and moderate weight I listened, his physique shows he is doing something right, other people on here knock but for one they have no pic to back up what they say or just there physique isnt what it is all cracked up to be

Glad you listen to Gram of Tren and ignore everyone else who has offered advice or suggestions. Have you improved in 2 years?? Yes a tad. However for the amount of gear you have used, it hasn't been good. I suggested you get with 3J because something has to be off with your diet and you ignore it. I also want to see a video of your 495 dead lift. Not to make fun of you (unless it is retarded form like your squat) but to provide you some positive feed back. And lastly the point that has been said over and over and over again is that you could have made great gains naturally or with just your "trt" dose and not putting your body through hell with all the gear you have been on. Its obvious Matt, you have selective hearing.
 
I am tired of hearig about the gearr as well, a lot more people take a lot more gear then me, gear or not who cares its not seseme street, we all do gear, before my diet sucked I was goig into the gym to lift heavy and thats all not with a bb mindset, a powerlifter mindset is totally dif then a bb mindset, this time around worked on my diet and form and went inwith a bb mindset

Yeah exactly, you only want your ego stroked and don't want to hear what the truth is. You are right, there are a lot of dudes just like you who rely on the gear for gains instead of their diet and training. The fact is you haven't gained shit in 9 weeks on Tren and instead of hitting up 3J, you buy more Tren and inject more like a genius. I swear Matt there is no getting through to you. Keep posting your pics Matt, maybe include some leg pics too.
 
I blast and cruise, what we put into our bodies is our choice, we are all grown men here,my test was low from previous drug and alc addiction, went to the doc thy did bloods snd my t was low, they put me on everything from gel to test patches, then they wanted 300.00 once a month to administer test shots, I csnt afford that so I went ugl and honestly a lot cheaper that way, my job offers no benifits so I was stuck

So totally diferent havent been blasting tren for 2 years straight, with a pl mindset to a bb mindset this time around and working on my diet, I habemt made the leapnto see 3j, if I do its my choice

For one I am not cutting, I am putting on lean mass, 2 does tape measures lie, maybe my pics dont do any justice, butpeople notice in the gym,

People here usually dont do week to week logs, just progress in 3 months time if any

And it's been 9 week to week pics with no difference between the first and last meaning in ~2.25months you haven't done squat. You really need to improve your reading comprehension man, you have no idea what Rip is saying even though you can read the words.

What fucking Dr were you seeing, that isn't how it works Matt. My Dr gave me a shot once every 2 weeks and a full blood workup for the week after the shot to make sure things were in check. No charge except for my ridiculous taxes I pay.

Just FYI, no benefits at your work, we in Ontario have something called TRILLIUM benefits (ask your pharmacist about it they likely carry the applications), a small amount of money gets you benefits the cost is determined by your income. It covers the cost of testosterone and many other drugs, among other things, you might want to look into it.
 
Back in the saddle! I see this thread is still going strong...my employer is going to want some kind of proof that I was at work today so if we can keep the posts short and easy to read I would appreciate it!

RE: Trillium, do you guys have blue cross or something similar there as well? Here in inbred Alberta, if our employers don't have benefits you can get pretty "full" coverage for an individual @ $40/mo. Two adults with children is less than $100/mo. Drugs, dentist, optometry all in.
