Matt was outta shape and wore a necklace that was too small for his neck.
Matt was a drug user and alcoholic.
Matt went to prison for killing a famous Canadian boxer.
Matt gets out with a new lease on life.
Matt starts using steroids.
Matt was in prison.
Matt gets some tren and feels like a god.
Matt was in prison.
Matt posts pictures of himself after two years on roids and gets picked on.
Matt starts to roid rage.
Matt was in prison.
Matt now thinks his tren is bunk but is the only one that thinks that the tren was the problem with the lackluster gains.
Matt is mad, prison was easier.

I am not gonna take sides on aml just cause everyone likes them, I just speak my mind on what I thouht about there tren and dbol, npp and test strengh was through the roof

For one I am not cutting, I am putting on lean mass, 2 does tape measures lie, maybe my pics dont do any justice, butpeople notice in the gym,

People here usually dont do week to week logs, just progress in 3 months time if any

I've seen u posting a lot about how great the tren was.. It all changed once gram of tren told u, u didn't improve.

Rip's advice was solid. You also ignored black beard advice about "the progressive" weight training.
Looks like ur isolation and focus technique isn't working well for you..

I got in my far share of fights in there, also got shanked as well, the mark is on my lower left side as u can see in the photo's, no life before, took everything away from me, but didnt cry about it either, just tell it as is

Yeah that shit is pretty funny haha. My arms are tilted forward a little bit but I do suppose I can work on their peak. I don't agree about my taper I know what my back actually looks like but one thing that needs some definite improvement is my delts. They're way small, so I will be destroying them consistently till they catch up

Everyone needs work here and there, why we goto the gym to improve our physique
Constructive critism goes along way, not your wasting your time u might as well give up
Nobody on this planet is born being a ripped monster, u gotta work for it, everyone has to start somewhere as well, nobody first goes into a gym and automatically knows everything about weights and form, its all about progress and learning from others, if I see a ripped huge guy in my gym I will glance and take notes on how he is doing his routine and form and maybe even question him after on what I should work on and get pointers

If u look back 3 years ago to now u probably are amazed on what time does
It takes a lot of balls to donwhat I did, most people dont post pictures of themselves when they first start lifting and looking like complete shit, they post pics a year aftet being in the gym with there physique better when they first started to lift
Same goes for justin h on here, he's got some balls to and now look at him, looks great

If u spoke in this way from the beginning, if you accepted criticism in a civilized way, you would find that guys here are more than willing to help, instead of making it a contest to make fun of u.
