If you're gaining 3 pounds a week at 3600 cals, you're not going to be adding a lot more muscle with additional calories, on a tren cycle - at some point the ratio of fat to lean mass added will get ugly.
I've mentioned this before, in spread out between a few posts but figured my experience may actually be relevant/helpful specifically to you.
Starting stats: BF 10-11%, weight 200-205 @ 6'
I've been on 125-150mg tren ED for more than three months. TestP @ anywhere between 200 and 500mg /wk - leaning towards a lower dose though. Call it 350 test/wk, 1000 tren/wk.
Sides are mostly non-existant other than bacne/ shoulder acne, definite negative but moderate impact on cardio and very mild insomnia. Fucking the daylights out of my gf right before bedtime pretty much eliminates that problem. But makes me notice the cardio issue haha. She's been walking funny for over a year though so she's used to it, on/off cycle libido is the same for me.
What I've noticed:
-Prami fucking sucks. Side effects are intolerable for me. It can't possibly give me a super boner if I'm nauseous as hell or knocked the fuck out.
-Estrogen is in range with 0.25-0.33mg Adex EOD (sometimes ED, sometimes E3D not going to lie I fuck up sometimes lol)
-BP is up. 115/55 off cycle, 125/60 or higher on cycle.
-Diet is still important, tren isn't "magic" for me at least it's just ok/good.
Current stats: BF 10% (calipers say lower, but idk) weight 215 same height lol.
Conclusion: tren is good, but even at 1g/wk it's not magic for me. My goals were somewhat lean bulking-oriented though, I had a six pack to begin with it's just slightly more defined now without a very careful diet (no calorie/macro counting, just making sure I eat as much protein as conceivably possible)
I've only added 8-12 max lean pounds in probably sixteen-ish weeks on a significant amount of anabolics.
IMO EQ @ 800mg-1.2g/wk would've done everything got from this cycle and more - that'll be my next compound with low dose NPP & test around 4-500/wk.
