You do get my point about water bloat making people think his BF was higher though dont you?

Definitely, my uneducated guess would be water / bloat can change someone's appearance in the 3-5% BF range (eg the above guy could look like 9% with more water in him, despite still being 5.2% two days after the comp)
 
Yeah I agree, just wanted to get an estimate on bodyfat since I am jacking up the cals to 4100 from 3600, switching over to red meat, lean ground beef and steak for extra cals per meal

Dexa scans aren't that expensive (~$100 here) if you want a baseline before you make a change to your diet.

At 3600 calories you weren't gaining weight on a weekly basis?

Well I am now up to 220, so I figured I would up the cals abit, havent really sat down to figure it out, but a rough number of what it will look like
Right now
320p, 360c, 90f 3600 cals

Switch to
400p, 360c, 90-110g f 4100 cals

Instead of using natty pb with my oatmeal and protein powder was gonna switch to cocunut oil
 
I'm not dre or 3J but 400 grams of protein might be excessive. Check with someone who knows better on that to be sure.

Not necessarily bad to eat that much of course, but quality protein is expensive, and if 300g/day will accomplish what you're after that's what I'd do.

What's your weight been from week to week over the last month? Like; 220 / 219 / 220 / 220.... or 215/217/220/220?
 
Well I started out after my cut at 198, now up to 220
So my current blast start out weight was 198
I would say 212/215/217/220, but was stuck at 212 for abit
I also increased my test to 500mg last week, still running tren at 150mg eod

If you're gaining 3 pounds a week at 3600 cals, you're not going to be adding a lot more muscle with additional calories, on a tren cycle - at some point the ratio of fat to lean mass added will get ugly.

I've mentioned this before, in spread out between a few posts but figured my experience may actually be relevant/helpful specifically to you.

Starting stats: BF 10-11%, weight 200-205 @ 6'

I've been on 125-150mg tren ED for more than three months. TestP @ anywhere between 200 and 500mg /wk - leaning towards a lower dose though. Call it 350 test/wk, 1000 tren/wk.

Sides are mostly non-existant other than bacne/ shoulder acne, definite negative but moderate impact on cardio and very mild insomnia. Fucking the daylights out of my gf right before bedtime pretty much eliminates that problem. But makes me notice the cardio issue haha. She's been walking funny for over a year though so she's used to it, on/off cycle libido is the same for me.

What I've noticed:
-Prami fucking sucks. Side effects are intolerable for me. It can't possibly give me a super boner if I'm nauseous as hell or knocked the fuck out.
-Estrogen is in range with 0.25-0.33mg Adex EOD (sometimes ED, sometimes E3D not going to lie I fuck up sometimes lol)
-BP is up. 115/55 off cycle, 125/60 or higher on cycle.
-Diet is still important, tren isn't "magic" for me at least it's just ok/good.
Current stats: BF 10% (calipers say lower, but idk) weight 215 same height lol.

Conclusion: tren is good, but even at 1g/wk it's not magic for me. My goals were somewhat lean bulking-oriented though, I had a six pack to begin with it's just slightly more defined now without a very careful diet (no calorie/macro counting, just making sure I eat as much protein as conceivably possible)

I've only added 8-12 max lean pounds in probably sixteen-ish weeks on a significant amount of anabolics.

IMO EQ @ 800mg-1.2g/wk would've done everything got from this cycle and more - that'll be my next compound with low dose NPP & test around 4-500/wk.
 
I agree bro, I guess I just gotta watch the mirror and see if I am gaining to much fat in the process of keeping it lean as possible, I just find myself a lot of the times I can eat slot more, like chicken doesnt fill me up as much as red meat does, even at 150g lean ground beef with 85g uncooked pasta ( how I weight my pasta), I find I stay fuller for a few hours till my next meal
I will right a basic plan on which it will somewhat look like, mind u I can est the same meals all the time, doesnt bother me

I also find u can get creative with ground beef so not all lean ground beef meals are gonna be with pasta, I will make homemade hamburgers using 1/4 cup egg whites, 8 crackers, and 150g lean ground beef with 4 pieces of whole wheat bread
 
Alot of read meat in there. Maybe sub for ground turkey breast, salmon, obv chicken breast, tuna. If you're wanting to "lean" out.
