Meal 2, 3, 4 to goto work today

150g lean ground beef, 85g uncoocked pasta (weighed) ×2
1 cup oatmeal, 2 scoops iso pro ( pre workout)
And of course canned spaggetti sauce to add flavour

Lol. Matt has turned a new leaf! His coworkers enjoy his uncanny ability to fart out 400g of protein
 
So I'm confused. Your diet is on point from pictures you are posting of food. Maybe your body just cant get cut? Genetics could be holding you back.


If I ate as clean as you say you are eating, I would be like 8% bf. Somethings not adding up here.

His protein should be around 225g not 360+.. hes the type of guy that thinks more is always better.

I cant even fathom ingesting 360+ grams of protein a day, especially if its not doing anything for me lol.

If he followed my advice he could eat as much protein as he liked.
In fact after a few days he would be struggling to eat 250gms.
 
I cant eat chicken all day, eveyday, red meat is a lot more filling and taste better
Yeah I can eat a lot, chicken doesnt fill me up, rather just taste dry and plain, I prefer tuna over chicken anydays, u habe to enjoy what u eat too
Now give me red meat and I can easily pack back 300+ pro a day, but then comes the fat content in ground beef as well, so I subsitute shakes inbetween meals and drink egg white straight
