Filling the gap

The gap between your chest muscles that is...... sorry to disappoint the pervs lol
just an exercise i have been doing that i can really feel hitting my upper inner chest

sit sideways on the iso-lateral wide chest machine by HAMMER STRENGTH. i only put 45lbs on each side... i can do more but i like to focus with the lighter weight. you are only working out one side at a time... face to the right, grab the handle with your right hand and press the handle across your chest (i like to put my left hand on my right chest and feel the muscle tighten)

then switch to the left side.

if you grab high on the handle it works the upper chest and if you grab lower on the handle it works more on the lower chest.

i like to finish my chest workout with this....hope it helps
 
Unilateral movements are fun, but if you ask me, flies are pretty boring and that just makes them worse.
