Hello all well I don't know if any of you have followed my past but I am a 19 year old with low testosterone as well as hypothyroid. I was put on T4 and my testosterone went from 310 to 410 and my tsh went from 11.1 down to 5.5. My endo refused to give test all my hormones like I asked, so I just recently got with a hormone doctor. I got my labs back for all the tests. In short, I am shattered. My tsh barely went down and my testosterone dropped 50 points :( I'm so sick of this shit.. Results are below...

Estradiol: 2.2 (reference range 3-70 pg/ml) WTH? I would have never expected it to be low since
Ferritin: 71 (reference:47-358)
Free T3: 2.4 (reference 2.2-4.0)
Anti-TPO-Ab 251.0 yes thats right 251 (reference range: <35)
Total Testosterone: 360
Free Testosterone: 6.84 :( (reference range: 9-47)

Thyroid Screen: Free T4 1.1 (reference range: .8-1.5)
TSH: 4.3 reference (.358-3.740)

SHBG 38 (reference:11 to 80)

Reverse T3: 339 (reference range: 90-350)

:( this new doctor knows all about hormones and i'm sure she will regulate it but she doesn't believe in testosterone treatment and frankly at this point I'm scared Im gonna end up on trt.. After my first reading, I assumed my thyroid was killing my testosterone. But this lab shows my tsh going up and my testosterone going down :(

LOL I am only a few years older than you, I know what it is like. If your scared of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), then you are scared of living life. Talk to chip, you are young and there are protocols available for scenarios such as this.

I already talked to chip he said he doubt his physicians would approve me with me being so young. So I decided not to pursue it. My endo is willing to do testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) but he only does androgel. I plan to fix all my hormones before taking that step but honestly the likelihood of me going up 500 points naturally is unlikely..

cjw get in here I want some insight from you haha! I can't see the doc for another two weeks because I have job training all this week and next week but I wanted some opinions on the board about what exactly is going on in my fucked up body

You should do a little more research. Your TSH is high, this means that your thyroid is under reacting to the TSH. You almost certainly have a thyroid issue, although there is a small chance of a pituitary issue with a tumor producing unregulated TSH. So regardless of age, find out why. There is an excellent chance of you being able to produce a great deal of natural test, but you need to get to the bottom of the issue. Yes it's frustrating, just keep it together and do what you can to find out what your issues are.

Yes I know how the TSH numbers work, I guess my wording was a bit confusing. I know my TSH is getting better, but my testosterone is going down. My first labs came in as 310 testosterone and 11.1 TSH. My second lab came in at a tsh of 5.5 and testosterone of 410. I was hoping that as my tsh continued to get better, so would my testosterone. I was wrong. This time around, my tsh got even better, but my testosterone dropped back down 50 points. So the results are inconsistent. I know how the numbers work, I just worded it wrong. my bad. I think I might have an auto-immune thyroid disease but ill see what the doc has to say. You guys can read my former posts and it has some more info of my case from the beginning. I've been trying to get off bullshit t4 and this new doc is an advocate of t3 so if all goes to plan i should have some armour or cytomel within the next few weeks. My reverse t3 is pretty damn high as well as my antibodies

Been down this road too at a young age..get your TSH below 2.0. Anything above this and you will still have sypmtoms of hypothyroid.

Now on to RT3...can be due to large amount of stress and inflammation in the body...look at lifestyle, nutrition, sleep.. obviously all your T4 which is non-active is converting to RT3 which is also non-active so you need to get on a T4/T3 combo which you seem to have already lined up.

You may have many more problems than just thyroid. Look into them especially if you dont want to just hop right into HRT.

Yeah I'm pretty sure my doc will give me some form of cytomel. The good thing is that she is a hormone doctor so she knows the endocrine system and body very well. I don't plan to jump on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) until I have all hormones leveled out. If my testosterone is still low then, then I probably will. Just a matter of time now. I have another appointment next Friday so I will keep this post updated
