15% and 22 weeks should be plenty, I was 13% and 16 weeks when I started. You best bet is just starting slow, and see how fast you start dropping
damn though, I was 235lbs just under 5'9" at 13% when I started, you are a big bastard

You could do it in 12 weeks but you'd have to suffer. 16 weeks is plenty of time. IMO 22 weeks is way to much time. To be honest i think you would end up over dieting and not coming in as big. I would save those 6 weeks for eating 80% clean and 20% junk. Add a slight amount of cardio. AND LIFT HEAVY. Then you can hit it hard for those last 16 weeks and keep your sanity a little easier.

Bro I would have to agree... Almost a half-year of some pretty strict dieting... You are gonna have to be focused as a mofo too not cheat..

Maybe start eating 'better' now, lift as usual and/also do some cardio as planned to get you started. You can still have your 'cheat' days and you wont feel like your starting to get unfocused or discouraged because you arent sticking to plan A. When 16 weeks comes around you can really start to get into the groove it wont be as tough for you..

Just an opinion as it has helped me before with my dieting..
